North Sails Offshore Clinic this weekend

This weekend, Team Pro4u will be in north sails offshore clinic. Saw that as many as 13 boats and around 100 sailors are registered – fun.

We need to train more so we look forward to two intense and rewarding training days!

SHF is pleased to invite along with North Sails and KSSS to a very instructive and pleasant Offsore Clinic weekend May 18-19.
This Clinic, which premiered in 2018, is part of the North Sails ORCi Cup 2019 initiative.

Preliminary program

FRIDAY 17 MAY
Available dock Lökholmen.
Overnight.
SATURDAY 18 MAY
07 WAKE UP: Sailors Yoga
08 BREAKFAST BRIEFING: Joint breakfast and briefing outside Trollgården.
10-16 DOCK OFF: Calibration, training at sea with lunchpack, short race. Drones and boat jumping.
17-19 DINNER and DEBRIEF: Wärdshuset, recap with video and tracking.
19 SAUNA
23-01 HOWEVER OFF: Night and – night training, safety and man over board on a distance track.
SUNDAY 19 MAY
07 WAKE UP: Sailors Yoga
08 BREAKFAST, BRIEFING: Joint breakfast and briefing outside Trollgården.
10-14 DOCK OFF: Training the sea with lunch pack, short race.
15-16 DEBRIEF: Recap with video and tracking. Possible visit of Sea Rescue.
