We got to a couple of really good training opportunities during the week before upcoming races. It was important because we will not have the opportunity to train for a while. This weekend, sandhamn Open will take place and immediately after the weekend the boat goes down to Germany for Kieler Wocher during midsummer week.

Last Sunday we had sun and light winds. The focus was on control training.

On the Day of Swedish Flag we got a full day at Värtan with alternating winds. Also on this day was the focus on control training but we also put in some start training
