The heat is on...

Two days to start the World Cup has been marked by preparation of boat and personal equipment. A new big scot is mounted after Lasse pulled it apart yesterday when Patrik wanted more power at the start of the penultimate race. Two new genoa cases are mounted tomorrow after the casing on one case was torn apart. After that, the boat is ready for a ride at sea and a little finlir to be made.

Weather-wise, it has blown quite a lot today (up to 15 m/s in the villages) and it is expected about 10 m/s in the morning and then become weak winds during the first day of the World Cup when a sea choir is sailed at about 60 Nm.

On the whole, it feels like we have good control over everything. Baltic Offshore Week was a useful scratch for both boat and crew. And to finish the last day with two third places feels good for confidence.

The atmosphere in the camp is good and it is joked both here and there. Now dinner and rest are expected.
