Today, the Swedish Sea Race Team Pro4u was awarded the Sea Race Sailor of the Year award at the award ceremony for the Champion of the Masters in Båstad.

The House

Every year, the Swedish Sea Race Sailing Federation awards its prize "Nakterhuset" to the most prominent Swedish sea sealer of the year. This year the prize for the crew will board the First 36.7 Team Pro 4u with skipper Patrik Forsgren. The team's biggest merit this year is the World Cup gold medal as amateur team/Corinthian and world championship silver overall in Havskappsegling ORCi class 3. This is the second time that the team has been assigned to this brand. The first time the team was awarded nakterhuset was in 2012 after a successful season with 1st place in Kieler Woche as German master of ORCi and best amateur team/Corinthian at the World Championships and a total of 3rd at the WORLD Championships ORCI.

This antique stylish character house has been awarded a long range of famous sailing profiles such as Magnus Olsson, Niklas Zennström, Torbjörn Törnqvist and Ludde Ingvall. This year's sea sailor since 1985 can be found here. The house was donated by Ola Wettergren in 1985 to the Swedish Sailing Federation to be awarded annually to well-deserved sea sealers.
