Today's sea race was postponed until 15:55 due to the weak wind during the day. At 3:30 p.m., there was finally a north-westerly breeze and the right conditions for a start existed.

The 4o Nm short distance sailing was drag race with release in the scot all over the yard except at start and finish. The start was moved out just over 9 Nm from Pärnu to short the course. From the start and to the first brand we cruised just over a Nm and then folded off to sail a fairly straight path out to a sea mark south of the island of Kihnu and then back to inlet to Pärnu.

In terms of results, the Pro4u came in third place with 20 seconds to first place. A really good start to the championships. The strongest competitors did not peak.
