Sea race and a bunch of rabbits

Finally it was time for competition! The day started with ap on land due to very light winds. About an hour later, the flag was taken down and we had to start the competition's sea race.

A light breeze of 7 knots from the north made sure we got a nice cross up to Hven and then a spinnakerbog against our dear homeland.

In the middle of the spinnaker bog, a bunch of carrots (thanks to food mother Oskar Sr) were served, which meant that we all looked like a bunch of rabbits when we crunched some food.

After rounding and jibeing back against Denmark, we were announced on VHF that the track was shortened and that it was the finish at the next mark. After it sailed the time, we finished 3rd after two Danish boats. We feel loaded for the 3 planned track race tomorrow!
