The job of rebuilding the keel is in full swing. Chainsaws and electric planes are working on to make the fin narrower and with a better profile and to make room for the new bulb at the bottom.

Now the bulb will be 50mm longer and 7mm thicker all around. Late casting. The fin is getting closer to putty. Looks like a quick keel, a quick rudder on a balanced, displacing hull without frills like a satisfied and proud boatowner.
