In 2018, four ORCi competitions were included in north sails ORCi Cup and we managed to win the three where we participated and they were the Sandhamn Open Saturday and Sunday as well as KSSS Indian Heat Regatta. Unfortunately, ÅFOR collided this year with our preparations for the World Championships in Holland so it did not have time for us this year.

We finished with 47 points in third place. Patrik Björklund won in the X-41 Magic Mix and second came Håkan Forslund in Sydney 40 Rush – congratulations we say to you!

We think the cup is a good and fun initiative from the Swedish Sea Race Federation, KSSS and North Sails and look forward to 2019 when tentatively the following four competitions are included:

• Sandhamn Open, 8-9 June
• ÅF Offshore Race, June 30 - 4
• ORCi SM at Sandhamnsregattan, 8-10 Aug.
• KSSS Indian Heat Regatta, 14-15 Sep
